Ryan brings 20+ years of hands-on IT experience and a passion for building lasting client relationships. He started MI Technology Management with one goal in mind: to provide small and medium-sized businesses in Southeastern Michigan with dependable IT support they can trust.

Outside of work, Ryan enjoys being out on the golf course, connecting with friends, and making memories with his family.

Sales & Admin Specialist

Audrey brings 20+ years of customer service, sales, and marketing know-how to the team. She’s the go-to for keeping things organized and making clients feel right at home.
Outside the office, you’ll find her lost in a good book, digging in the garden, or chasing after kids and pets — sometimes all at once!”

Nick Zellers

On-Site & Hardware Repair Technician

Nick has been repairing computers, cars, and electronics for almost his entire life. He brings an unstoppable work ethic, and a focus on quality which continues to impress our clients. On his days off you might find him mountain biking, golfing, or preparing a new recipe.

Randy Graham

Project Manager & Technician

Randy is our primary remote support technician. Coming from a family of IT guys, he brings a strong background in software architecture and troubleshooting. He loves improving client’s systems and eliminating the root causes of problems.
Outside of work he likes camping, photography, and programming.

Will King

Technician

Will is our tech troubleshooter with a talent for guiding clients through even the toughest issues — both remotely and onsite.
When he’s not saving the day, he’s hanging with his cat Jeff, paddling through Michigan lakes, or jamming on the drums. Raised next to his grandparents’ farm, Will brings a strong work ethic and down-to-earth attitude to everything he does.

Clayton Penzien

Technician

Clayton is our part time technician who helps with walk in computer repairs and electrical engineering projects. His pass times are baseball and videogaming. He is currently enrolled at Oakland University for Computer Engineering and Electrical Engineering with a focus on the automotive industry.

Lorenzo Giganti

Part-Time Technician

Lorenzo is our part time technician. In his spare time he loves to work on computers and vehicles. He will be attending Mott Community College in the fall for IT – specializing in cybersecurity.
